WELL, I'M A REAL-LIFE ACTUAL HUMAN BEING WHO GETS TO KNOW YOU AND LISTENS TO YOUR IDEAS TO CREATE A CUSTOM VACATION THAT IS EVERYTHING YOU IMAGINED AND MORE. I DON'T BELIEVE IN GROUPON'S OR PRE-PACKAGED ITINERARIES THAT ASSUME EVERY TRAVELER WANTS THE SAME THING - BECAUSE THEY DON'T. IF YOU HAVE A TRIP IN MIND, I CAN BUILD IT FOR YOU. SO WHAT DO YOU SAY? LET THE DESIGNING BEGIN!
Where do we even start? We used Arens Travel Design for our honeymoon to Greece in September 2022. Josh helped us plan the most amazing trip we will never forget. From the initial planning conversation Josh helped us cater the locations to the types of actives we were interested in and organized all our travel information to have a stress-free vacation in the days before we left. He navigated COVID regulations and made sure we would have no issues getting where we wanted to go.
Josh thought of every detail and was able to provide expert recommendations on traveling between islands and the best accommodations and activities. We loved every experience of our trip from a cooking class in the mountains of Crete, private boat trip to beaches, hiking a gorge, relaxing days on the beaches or wine and olive oil tours. Josh didn't skip a beat and ensured transportation and our itinerary was detailed out. He even helped us manage schedule changes while we were traveling – like cancelling an excursion to spend more time in our AWESOME Santorini hotel or letting us know if a pick-up time was adjusted and ensured we knew about it.
